Make a Choice: You Can Have Either What You Want Now or What You Want Most. Not Both. This is the Root of Discipline.
Develop Self-discipline.
Identify what you can improve. Determine what motivates you. Stop distractions and temptations.
Plan a daily goal list. Work on these steps and turn them into your daily routine.
Do not be fearful to fail, be concerned about not trying.
Build up your self-discipline and there will not be one thing that you won’t be able to accomplish.
It’s about training your MINDSET to never give up on you challenging your entire life.
I DID NOT WAKE UP LIKE THIS.
I prayed for a new life. I had to change my lifestyle habits. My eating habits. I dedicated myself and put work in for my mind, body, and soul work through earnest prayer, daily. I AM DEDICATED TO THIS!
Discipline is always remembering what you want.
Eating well is a form of self-respect. It’s also a fruit of the Holy Spirit: Self-Control.
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.” - Galatians 5:22-23.
Discipline will make your goals a reality.
