Let Hunger and Physical Weakness Remind You In Your Fast That You Are Strong Through That Which the Lord Provides. Reinvigorate Your Humility and Devotion. Find Reward in Discipline.

Fasting is an act of pure faith.

OBSTACLES are put in your way to see if what you want is really worth fasting and praying for.

Pray for strength to endure this. “You will receive the strength you need when you stay calm and trust in Him.” - Isaiah 30:15.

That new life you want so bad is going to require you to let go of the old one… completely.

Something wonderful is about to happen.

You decide who you want to become in Jesus.

Do not listen to other people’s opinions. It’s just NOISE. They are not going where God has instructed you to go.

Commit to a health and spiritual fitness life, because no one will do it for you.

Declare: “God is always fighting my battles.”

Whatever the outcome, God has always been right there.

You’re going to make it.

God is going to bless your faithfulness.

Hold on and never give up.

Choose your pain: Discipline or Regret. Either one will be yours.
