In Exercise: Write Down Everything You Did in One Day. In Action: Confess These Actions Through Prayer. How Much of Your Day Was Spent in Distraction? And How Much Closer Are You to His Plan?

If you do not separate yourself from your distractions, your distractions will separate you from your God given destiny and the life you desire.

If Satan cannot have your heart, he will do his best to distract it.

Here is a great remedy to a common distraction:

Before you argue with someone, ask yourself if that person is even mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective, because if not, there’s absolutely no point. Especially for those who are so opinionated they only see their point of view.

A person with a miserable soul is considered a distraction. Forgive them and move on.

A jealous demon will try to disguise itself as a supportive angel. Be watchful through prayer.

A person’s actions will tell you everything you need to know.

“When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him.” - Isaiah 59:19.

“Resist the devil and he will flee from you.” James 4:7.

The more you focus on God, the less distracted you will be.
