Whatever your mind thinks, the man [you] follows. To put it another way, we can’t think negatively and expect to have a positive life.

“As I think in my heart, so am I.” - Proverbs 23:7.

“Haughty and arrogant eyes and a proud heart, the lamp of the wicked, which is self centered pride is sin in the eyes of God.” - Proverbs 21:4.

We need to be very aware and careful what we allow in our thinking. We need to think on healthy, positive, beautiful thoughts.

Philippians 4:8 is my go to, to keep my mind keen, clean, and powerful.

“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”

God also reminds us “not to speak in the ears of a fool, for they will despise the godly wisdom of your words.” - Proverbs 23: 9.

Where the mind goes the feet follow.

“He who guards his mouth and tongue guards himself from trouble.” - Proverbs 21:23.

“A good named is earned by honorable behavior, and godly wisdom.” - Proverbs 22:1.
