Sometimes your strength within you was a tiny spark that has whispered so gently, “You’ve got this. Keep on moving forward.”

Your comeback was a setback that definitely did the work. You learned the lesson, and then moved forward. Your success has been a sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.

Declare: “I will not give into worry or sadness. I have the mind of Christ. I have victory in Jesus. I am joy filled and happy by the Holy Spirit. I am directed by the Living God. I am more than enough. I am resilient.”

Resilience is everything. If we didn’t struggle we would never develop the stamina we need to survive in the world.

Everyone must choose.

No one will cheer you on harder than the person you used to be.

Thinking can be difficult, that’s why most people judge. Stop worrying about what others think about you. Opinions are not facts.

Declare: “I am working on a new me.”

Clear your mind of ‘can not’!
