  • “No, that doesn’t work for me.”

  • “Sorry, I can’t do that.”

  • “That doesn’t feel right for me.”

  • “I am not comfortable with that.”

  • “Thanks for asking, but I will have to say no.”

  • “I am not available right now.”

  • “I would rather not.”

Get set free today. You need to enjoy every moment you have, because in life there are NO rewinds.

Stop being a PEOPLE PLEASER. You can be a good person with a kind heart and still say ‘NO’.

Master yourself with spiritual maturity; that’s true power.

I had to learn the hard way not to give my boundaries away. Set healthy boundaries.

If you hear someone speaking ill of you, never defend yourself. Respectfully say he must not know me very well, there are so many other faults he could have mentioned.

Live your life in freedom.

Moments filled with love are the best moments.
