I have always thought this: Others can only treat you as sincerely as they have treated themselves. That’s why forgiveness sets you free.

Let them be or stay frustrated. Let them talk. Help yourself to ignore the noise.

Stop spending so much time trying to control others. If anyone gaslights you, ghosts you, excludes you, or bad mouths you, understand you were not created with a control button.

Just let them.

This is so empowering and emotionally freeing, and helps you TO SEE others’ true colors.

Pray for spiritual discipline and discernment from the Holy Spirit. Pray about making better choices regarding the people you want in your life.

The next time you crave to over-explain or defend yourself, try silence instead.

“Take your authority back in Jesus.” - Luke 10:19.
